At Martaffairsbay, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you find you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 45 days after purchase and we will refund, replace or exchange it for you. We guarantee your satisfaction.
Refunds and Returning Your Package
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- you receive the wrong item
- you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
Please send your merchandise back via INSURED FEDEX or INSURED USPS PARCEL POST with Return Authorization Number and include your original invoice with return.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Method of refund
If you’re receiving a refund after we have received your item, it may take an additional three to five business days to process your return fully and issue your refund.
Once we issue your refund, it may take additional time for your funds to be made available in your account by your financial institution.
Refund will be in the same form of payment used, like credit card, debit card or prepaid credit card.
Note: Refund timing depends on the issuer of the card. The refund can take up to 30 days to process based on the policy of the issuer.
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
